Booking Policies & Procedures

 

Once you have booked your session, you can expect a response within 24 hours. Timing and location details will be discussed to ensure all information is correct. If conflict with location or time, cancellation/rescheduling is available.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

You must contact us via email at least 72 hours prior to your session. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your session, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Weather cancellations will be via email informing you the session had to be cancelled due to inclement weather. If your session is cancelled due to weather, we will work diligently to get the work done promptly or reschedule the session at your convenience (providing open availability). If neither accommodation is viable, a refund will be provided.

Sessions will not be started without payment in full.

Note: Aerial Photography/Videography must meet all FAA rules and regulations and may require 90 days before a waiver is issued.
